Admission Criteria & Guidelines

At Kid G Camp School, we follow an open, transparent, and child-centric admission process. Admissions are granted based on seat availability, age eligibility, and interaction, adhering to CBSE and National Education Policy (NEP) guidelines.

1. 1. Registration & Counseling: Parents visit the school administrative office or fill out the online query form to collect the Prospectus and Admission Form.
   2. Student Interaction / Assessment:
      • Early Childhood (Playgroup to Kindergarten): A friendly, stress-free interaction with the child and parents to understand the child's readiness.
      • Primary & Middle School (Class 1 to 8): A basic baseline assessment in English, Mathematics, and Hindi/Science to determine appropriate class placement.
   3. Offer of Admission: Seats are offered based on merit, assessment performance, and seat availability.
   4. Document Verification & Enrollment: Submission of mandatory documents and payment of admission fees to confirm the seat.

3. Required Documents Checklist

Parents must submit the following self-attested documents at the time of admission:

• Date of Birth Certificate (Issued by Municipal Corporation or competent authority)
• Transfer Certificate (TC) in original (Mandatory for Class 2 onwards from previous recognized school)
• Report Card / Marksheet of the previous class
• Aadhaar Card Copy (Child and both Parents)
• Passport-size Photographs: 4 recent photos of the child and 2 photos of parents/guardians
• Address Proof (Electricity bill, Voter ID, or Rental agreement)
• Medical Fitness & Immunization Certificate
